Where we ship

We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes via our courier partners.

Charges

• Every order: free shipping across India, no minimum order value.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): available on orders up to ₹3,000; a ₹49 COD handling fee applies.

Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Rest of India: 4–7 business days.
• You will receive an SMS/email with the tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Order changes

Need to change the address or cancel? Email care@scynovis.com with your order number within 6 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered or with items missing, please share an unboxing photo/video within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
